Alyssa Lopez
Regional Manager
I first joined Stretch Zone in 2019 in Las Vegas, NV and returned in August of 2023 here in Sunny South Florida, bringing with me a strong foundation in wellness, leadership, and hands-on client care. Before stepping into my role with Stretch Zone, I worked in the medical field as a certified Medical Assistant for orthopedic surgeons, where I gained extensive experience supporting patients recovering from injuries and chronic pain. I returned to Stretch Zone because I wanted to make a more meaningful and proactive impact—helping people move better, feel better, and improve their everyday quality of life. As Regional Manager, I oversee all West Broward locations, support practitioner development, ensure consistency in the Stretch Zone method, and lead my team in delivering exceptional client experiences. My passion for people, performance, and progress is at the heart of everything I do.

I am a stretch practitioner dedicated to helping clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall quality of life. I'm passionate about guiding others toward pain-free movement and empowering them to reach their physical goals. Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, learning new languages, and exploring new skills and interests that help me grow both personally and professionally.

Sport and Exercise Science shaped my view of the body. Now at Stretch Zone, I help people rewrite their own story through stretching and mobility.

My stretching journey started with an injury at 11. It inspired me so much that I now help others at Stretch Zone. I have earned an AA in pre-physical therapy plus a BS in psychology!

I have a BA in sports medicine with a minor in biology! As both a lifelong sports fan and former student-athlete, I've always cared about how the body performs, from the prep to the recovery that keeps it going.

My passion for helping people move better and live pain-free drives everything I do at Stretch Zone. I combine my academic knowledge with hands-on experience to provide exceptional care to every client.

I am currently finishing my Master's degree in Sports Science at NSU and plan to pursue a PhD. I have worked with the Florida Panthers during preseason training on injury and performance metrics and currently serve as a sports scientist with the NSU men's soccer team. My background in elite sports performance allows me to bring cutting-edge techniques to every stretching session.
